• unHIDDEN resonated deeply with me. It’s another example that shows we are not alone. So many of Robert’s early years are similar to mine.
  I felt those feelings of inadequacy again and have so much gratitude for the healing I’ve felt since I dove deep into myself about 10 years ago.
  Robert’s writing is so easy to read. It flows nicely - as if we were having a conversation.
  I like how the book is laid and hope some men just beginning their inner journey will hang in there for the practices.
  I will recommend unHIDDEN to others, along with Way of the Superior Man, No More Mr Nice Guy, The Surrender Experiment, and The Alabaster Girl.
  As more men read all of these books, with the openness to absorb them into their bodies, so much healing will take place.
  I also hope the book moves men to seek out therapists who align with Robert’s work.
• I learned a lot from this book about how to interact with women, not in a sleazy "pickupy" way but about how to authentically relate to them. It's helped a lot in how I understand and communicate with my partner and I feel much closer to her now because of it. I also uncovered some things about myself that I now need to look more deeply at. I highly recommend this book, it's full of very straightforward insights and great examples from the author's own life.
• Started reading this book to better understand Men. Wow. I love how he empowers men to live from their own place of authencity and truth while staying conscious humans. As a female, I feel better equipped to be a better partner to my man because I understand the male psyche better now!

• I loved how the author managed to compile everything a man needs to know for improving relationships with women, from vulnerable stories of personal growth to concrete examples of honest communication monologues. The reader is taken on a journey learning why it's important to stay curious, open and honest. If you think this is a book only for men, think again - this is valuable information for every woman who love the thought to be adored by her man.

  This helped me understand men better. It helped me understand my communication with men better and gave me excellent insights into how to interact in a more connected way.

• Unhidden felt like a refreshing breath of fresh air in air filled with practical viewpoints around learning how to relate with women and connect with ourselves.
  No lists here, just some practical distinctions to explore and some great stories that brought Kandel's points home. Filled with a lot of practical advice that resonated deeply with me, and some great exercises for further exploration at the end.
  The one challenge in reading was he had a few flow charts that described different life choices that were super small and hard to read in the book, although these also look like they are available online. Maybe in a future version he will give these charts a full page instead of trying to squeeze them into a small frame. But this was just a minor annoyance that does little to take away from the overall flow of things.
  Overall a great book with lots of brilliant insight that seems especially relevant today.
