- Kitty Hailey is an incredible person and writer. She did an excellent job on this book. I highly suggest it be in any Investigators library. I had a small problem with the binding coming undone so I reached out to Ms. Hailey to find a contact for the printer and she, at her own free will and expense, sent me a replacement copy that she signed. I enjoyed this book so much that I took it to a local printer and had it spiral bound so that I can pass it on to an aspiring Investigator in the future.

There should never again be a question in the legal profession about the commitment of professional investigators to ethical and responsible behavior. This is a book that every investigator should read, should gift to others, should provide to association leaders, and should be sure to have in his or her briefcase for ready reference to prove to clients, courts, and the media that this work, and responsibility, is taken VERY seriously.
